William Carey Memorial, ‘Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God’

On December 19th, at night we whole family started our 12 hours of bus journey to Calcutta, India. We stayed in India for one week and visited many places. On 22nd we went Serampore, Hooghly (another district beside Calcutta) for visit William Carey’s, father of modern missionary place. Here are many pictures of that place. Serampore College. Founded by Carey, Marshman and Ward 1818. Incorporated by Royal Charter, 1827 and Bengal Govt. Act IV of 1918.

This was Carey's desk or table. He used this table for Bible translation and all his official worked. It is very memorial and historical things.

We enjoyed visiting Carey's place very much. It is very memorial and important for us.Very soon I will post another historical place of Calcutta where we visited.
